 "I started working out with Kunda in 2001 when I joined NFI – National Fitness Institute in Rockville, MD.  My Dad had referred me to this particular gym and had already known of Kunda’s great reputation.  Kunda is an amazing trainer.  He knows how to push you beyond your limits and to motivate you to want to do more.  I also loved that he always incorporated variety into our workouts.  Not only did we do the traditional weights, but we also did kickboxing, running the stairs, squats across the gym, etc.  We worked out together 3 days a week for one year.  NFI closed after I had been a member for one year and I was no longer able to work out with Kunda.  However, my entire family now considers Kunda a great friend, if not family.   My family continues to talk about how amazing his workouts were even now – 9 years later.  Anybody who has Kunda as a trainer will not be disappointed."
